Welcome to The Ideal Villa, and thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We know you have lots of choices, but please stay and take a look around - we promise you won't be disappointed!

Our recently purchased 6 years old new villa has 6 bed/5.5 bath with 5 master suites, sleeps up to 16 people. It has just been fully upgraded. We have installed large flat screen HD TVs, brand new carpet, fully equipped brand new kitchen with everything you need at your own home and more, game room with activities for all ages, huge private SOUTH FACING ("sun all day") heated pool with hot tub SPA, very private, NO REAR NEIGHBOR, NOT OVERLOOKED and with LONG EXTENDED COVERED Lanai, child safe fence and patio furniture with 2 tables, 8 beach chairs & 4 loungers and gas grill BBQ, brand new baby/toddler equipment(full sized crib with brand new bedding, high chair and stroller), brand new towels in all bathrooms. All 6 bedrooms were upgraded with brand new plush bedding, pillows, decor and ceiling fans for your maximum comfort.

Our newly upgraded home located in gated community also offers large flat screen TVs with extended HD cable package, DVD player, Play Station 2 Game System, free HIGH-SPEED wireless Internet, free phone calls for your safe, enjoyable and convenient stay.

The Ideal Villa is located on the exclusive resort style GUARD-GATED COMMUNITY of Solana, which is located on the US 27 between the 192 and the I4. It’s known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. The community is about 8 miles from Disney main gate, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the Orlando area major attractions. Only a short drive to Sea World and Universal Studio. It has easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens and the Space Center. As a guest in our home, you and you family can enjoy all the benefit of The Solana Resort Club House, which offers a large community pool/SPA, "Swim in" outdoor movie with 12 feet inflatable screen, Tiki bar with wines or beers or hot and cold food, putting green, playground, Interactive Children's Water Play Area, Sand Volleyball, Soccer Field. The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, cyber café, FITNESS ROOM, video games room and video arcade, mini golf for the little ones, golf club rentals and DVD rentals too, there is even a Tiki bar provides wine, beer, cold/hot food and snacks, 12 feet inflatable movie by the pool - have a movie night with your family at the pool while you enjoy some drinks at the Tiki bar! How cool is that !! Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the community facilities for the duration of their stay.

If all that isn't enough, then why not enjoy one of the many nearby theme parks, or play golf at a wide variety of championship courses. Spend your mornings tanning by your own pool, afternoons sampling picturesque and sophisticated shopping areas, and enchanted evenings dining at a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. A whole host of supermarket, shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, and other attractions are close by, making this the perfect base for your dream vacation.

We offer a highly recommended management team to ensure your vacation gets off to a great start... No need to go searching for offices to collect your keys! Our management company is based locally and is available to cater for your every need.

Rates are subject to change before booking is confirmed The weekly rates quoted online are intended for Saturday to Saturday stays. Other schedules will see higher rates.

Pool heating is optional $189 a week or $30 per night. Gas grill rental is available at $63 a week. The price quoted online doesn't include these fees. We will send you a payment request after booking as needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
