Wanting to enjoy some water sports, relax on a private sandy beach, or perhaps just enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the lake? Casa Bella Vida has it all, but if you're up for some adventure, Osoyoos has something for everyone. Osoyoos is not only known for being Canada's only desert, but also for being in the heart of some of the most beautiful orchards and vineyards which were rated #2 in the world for best wineries by 'USA Today'. There's truly something to discover here all year round. Whether you're looking to master your swing at one of the several golf courses in the area or skiing the powder snow at Mt. Baldy or Big White, checking out one of the numerous festivals around town, or exploring some of the 29 local wineries, which are just minutes away, you will always find something to excite your senses.

This 2,400 sq. ft. home is equipped with all amenities that one could need. The main floor features a Master bedroom with a King size bed, spacious ensuite with a large glassed shower and a separate soaker style tub. This level also has a second bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a second full bathroom with a glassed in shower, a dining area, a living room area with a 45' HD Smart TV with a large comfy couch which pulls out into a Queen bed if needed. For those that like to explore their culinary talents there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that we are sure will satisfy those needs. We also have for your use and enjoyment two hybrid mountain bikes with helmets as well as two Kayak complete with life jackets.

The lower level features a Master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, second bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom with another glassed in shower. This level also has a games room with a pool table, bar, large sectional couch, which makes into another bed and features a 55' HD Smart TV. Both floors have a large walk out deck with sitting areas, lounge chairs and of course an unobstructed view of Canada's warmest lake.

This beautifully landscaped and well maintained gated community is sitting on the fringe of rolling vineyards directly on Osoyoos Lake. There's a private dock and a private sandy beach with volleyball nets, tether ball and beach fire pits for all to enjoy. The amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a full fitness center, as well as a common are large enough to host any kind of special event. A meandering pathway takes you on a nice walk along the lakeshore and to the many pristine green spaces that the cottages have to enjoy. Whether your desire is to play in the sun, the sand, the snow, the warm water, explore the endless sights or just to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the surroundings or perhaps to just take a moment to..... breathe!

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
