Description

OH MY GOSH WHERE DO WE BEGIN*****. This unit has never been rented prior to 2014 and is in pristine condition. It’s ideal for two families at the same time. This unit sleeps 7 plus couch bed for 2 kids with several beds equipped with the famous Comfy “Trump” mattresses. The entire homes furniture is brand new in the summer of 2014. This townhouse has it all, including an open floor plan with tons of friendly warm southern exposure lighting. Close to 1600 sq. ft. of luxury family living & 9 ft ceilings on both floors. Our dining room suite seats 10. The granite counter-tops, new 55' TV screen on the mail floor and 40' screen in the master bedroom, plus high end fully equipped kitchen, & heavy duty laundry will be appreciated by all.

The unit boasts huge main floor patio and huge upper floor balcony off the master suite, overlooking one of the most beautiful lakes in Canada. (And the warmest!) Wake up to the sounds of local birds singing and baby quails running along the lawn.

Park your car in a cool, dry 1 bay attached garage.

There are three bedrooms, laundry and two bathrooms on the upper floor, and one powder room on the main.

The Master suite faces south with an unobstructed view of the sparkling lake and sports a full king sized bed with a comfortable brand new “Trump” mattress. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed (Trump mattress) and lots of room for a kiddy bed or crib (not included).This room gazes over the pool and desert mountain view. The third bedroom has a set of bunks with a full bed on the bottom and built-in stair case instead of a ladder. This bed also has upgraded mattresses. The living room holds genuine leather couch set including a pull out sofa bed. (Not very comfortable for adults :)

We recently learned about the Indian Meat market also and have had some lovely spicy BBQ chicken from there. It looks like the entire age range in your family had a wonderful time and we are so glad you got out to explore a bit. Rattle Snake Canyon Amusement Park is a favorite of our grandchildren also. Owner's reply: Oh my gosh Bal that is so nice of you to take the time to send such a favourable review. The best part is to hear is that you will be a returning guest in our home. And we appreciate the feedback about the skylight over the bunk beds in the third bedroom. And for your interest this week we installed a water softener that will make those wine glasses shine even more. And today the pool has been heated and is sparking clean. The brand new hot tub opens today also and we are fortunate to be one of the first to try it out but first a little bike ride along the lake. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Cindie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
