Description

The Orka Village complex is beautifully landscaped and boasts an enormous 650m2 pool with sun deck. There is also a separate children’s pool, Turkish Bath (Hamman) with sauna and massage/treatment rooms, poolside snack bar, reception (with English speaker), ample parking and 24hr security. Those staying in this property will also have the use of the facilities at the 4* Club Orka, a courtesy bus will do pick up and drop of service, if you wish to join in.

here are 22 apartments and 11 detached villas on this impressive complex. The two bedroom apartments are on one level, they have an open plan lounge,fitted kitchen and diner,2 bedrooms and a bathroom, each apartment has balconies that over look the impressive large free style swimming pool. There is a pool side snack bar/restaurant on site open during pool hours and theer is a 24 hour reception and security on site.

Getting around

Whilst at resort no car is necessary as all amenities are within a 5 minute walk. there are many places to explore and excursions can be arranged. it is an ideal base in which to explore the area, with stops being made at the port in Fethiye, Kaya, and Olu Deniz, and the Blue Lagoon National park. Hisaronu itself is a popular holiday resort; with bars, restaurants and shops, which comes alive at night. There are plenty of activities and attractions in the Hisaronu area including the 5 and 12 island boat day trips, horse riding, quad biking, white water rafting, gulet cruises, Jeep safaris, paragliding, various water sports, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, aqua park and much more.

I can arrange private airport transfers, £70.00 return for 4 people. I can also arrange car hire, boat trips, excursions upon request. This is a self catering apartment, During your stay there will be a mid stay cleans if you have booked 10 nights or more. If you require extra cleans these can be arranged in resort and paid directly to the housekeeping.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
