Description

We have been operating this business for over ten years and use a rate system that is not compatible with Tripadvisor. We accept reservations through Tripadvisor but quote case by case and adjust the quote for each group consistent with our standard rates (posted elsewhere).

Read below for important booking details.

As mentioned, the rates posted on Tripadvisor are not accurate given TripAdvisor's system limitations. Please contact us for full rate details using the “Send message” or "Ask the owner a question" or tab under the “Book Now” or "Request to book tab" ie. Do not use the “Book Now” or “Request to book" tab.

During July and August we generally rent weekly only Saturday to Saturday and our weekly rate is fourteen thousand plus for a 7 night stay (less for six nights which we accommodate the first week of July and the last week of August). The remainder of the year our rates are substantially less but vary considerably depending on the season from a low of nine hundred ninety per night for a two nt weekend in April to fifteen hundred per nt for certain (but not all) long weekends. Midweek rates are substantially less but are quoted case by case.

Most cottage rentals require guests provide their own linens/towels however we can provide them for an additional charge- nineteen pp. HST is added to our quotes.

We do not allow cats given allergy considerations and although we do allow dogs, there is an additional thirty dollar cleaning charge applied for dogs.

Weekend rates are higher than weekday rates and any booking request that starts on a Saturday will have the first two nights of the stay booked at weekend rates except during the summer.

Weekends are a minimum two night booking.

Holiday periods are a three nt minimum unless only two days are available on our calendar.

A newly built eight-bedroom stone and log home, Serenity is designed with four semi-private wings, allowing couples to take pleasure in private time while vacationing with their loved ones. Serenity is an ideal space for a multi-family getaway, a family vacation, or an extravagant romantic retreat.

Lavishness abound. In-ground hot tub, wood burning sauna, stone fireplaces, designer kitchen, high-end home theatre system and grown-up toys such as such as mountain bikes, a water trampoline, a kayak, paddle boards and a jet ski are examples of the indulgences Serenity offers. In the winter we also have an on site ice rink and a tobogganing hill within a 5 minute walk. Snowshoes and toboggans are included.

This waterfront retreat is located on an exclusive, fully wooded 2 acre lot on the shores of Georgian Bay. Serenity is a short two and a half hour drive from Toronto, and merely forty minutes from the ski hills of Collingwood.
