Description

Finca El Cercado is a walled property of 50 hectares that garantees privacy, with different buildings for accommodation and events, It is surrounded by terraces with stunning views, a pergola with an outdoor dining space, barbecues, a large swimming pool, walking paths under the almond trees and an organic vegetable garden available to guests. A unique environment to enjoy the countryside, the incredible views and silence in total exclusivity.

The two houses are decorated with exquisite family heritage furniture and updated with all modern comforts. It is ideal for groups of friends and families.

The Main House has 7 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two with double beds and the other five with two beds. It has a large living room with fireplace and library, dining room also with fireplace and open to the terraces for up to 14 people, large kitchen perfectly equipped with place for 8 people, and on the ground floor another family room with TV, music, cinema collection on DVD, games and books also for children, with direct access to the garden. Apart there is 1 sofa bed in one of the rooms and 2 extra beds for children. The capacity is for 14 to 17 people.

The Guest House has a double bedroom with double bed and a single bedroom, a complete bathroom, and a large open space that integrates kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, library and TV, all with large windows to the countryside. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. And a terrace under the almond trees with outside barbecue. The capacity is for 3 to 5 people.

There is also a Events Pavillion for family or corporate celebrations, with its own kitchen and two bathrooms. it is opne to the terraces and has a large ground for installing a tent, and an open parking with access by bus.

How do damage deposits work?
