The accommodation

Located just steps from the Teatro Massimo and surrounded by the major sites of historical and cultural interest of the city, the apartment Ai Cappellieri is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building that will allow you to enjoy the excellent central location.

Guests access

The house consists of a studio furnished in a simple and functional, equipped with functional kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven. The environment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, cable internet and wi-fi, a portable modem for internet even outside the apartment and a PC for guests to use. It can accommodate up to two people and the bed area can be configured according to the needs with two single beds or one double bed.

Interaction with guests

I will be present on arrival and if it is necessary at the time of departure of the guests, not during the stay.

For longer stays, according to the needs of the guests, I'll worry about periodically deliver clean laundry and I am available for any need. They are available for useful tips about the city and tourist information depending on the needs of guests.

The district

The studio is located in the heart of the historic city center, in a lively and livable neighborhood during the day, and in the evening time slots. A few steps from the apartment you will find the main attractions of the city, places of historical and cultural interest, to those more related to entertainment.

Walking around

With a short walk, you can reach the main streets of the center: Via Roma, Via Maqueda, Via Libertà, Corso Vittorio Emanuele; Moreover, the area is very well connected by public transport and close to the parking areas reserved for taxis.

To reach the apartment from the airport (or train station), Massimo theater: if you arrive by bus at the central station, just take one bus to be taken as a reference (101); if you stop to Piazza Castelnuovo, you can always go on the 101 or 102 only for a few stops, or take a stroll down Via Ruggiero VII to the Teatro Massimo, and then down along Via Bara Olivella.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
