Situated on the 7th Fairway, this recently updated single story, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo with ultra high ceilings offers stunning golf course and Mountain views.

The open plan in the living room / dining room / kitchen area make the space perfect for entertaining. The walls of sliding doors to the outdoors bring the beautiful views indoors every where you look.

Relax in the living room in front of the gas fireplace to watch the large HDTV or just relax and take in the view. The sofa makes into a queen bed for those extra guests. For your 20 pound or less dog there is a small "doggie - door" that goes to the gated patio. The dining table seats 6. The fully equipped and updated kitchen has everything you may need to whip up any culinary delight.

For alfresco dining under the desert stars or watching a beautiful sunset on the Mountains, venture out to the large gated patio overlooking the golf course. There you can BBQ to your heart's delight on the gas grill or soak up some rays in the sunshine.

The Master Suite features new furniture; a comfortable king bed; a very large walk-in closet and a lovely bathroom with shower (no tubs). Down the hall the Guestroom features a queen bed and a TV with the Guest bath just across the hall which has also been newly remodeled with brand new walk-in shower.

This development is a beautifully maintained Guard Gated community. As a guest, you are invited to enjoy the weekly activities and dinners provided to the members while enjoying your stay at Woodhaven Country Club. Sports packages with special rates are available through Woodhaven Country Club during your stay in this condo. Woodhaven's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, snack bar, pro shop, exercise room (treadmills, bikes and weights), steam room and men's and women's locker rooms. In addition there are eight tennis courts (4 lighted) and a tennis shop. The development offers 4 pools and spas conveniently located at each corner.

Vacation Guests are able to use all of the above while staying in Woodhaven Country Club.

The minimum age for this property is 30 years.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total rental amount or $250.00, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 45-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure. If reservations are made within the 45-day window then no cancellations will be honored.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
