It extends along the entire width of the home, has three large sliders provide you easy access from most anywhere in the house, and adds more than 500 square feet of living space to this beautifully remodeled and furnished home.

Your arrival couldn't be more carefree. Once at the gate, chat with the attendant, and your dream vacation awaits you.

Enter your beautifully appointed ground-level vacation home using a passcode of your choice, check out the pool and spa across the street (not TOO close, but just steps away) and RELAX.

Enjoy the ambiance of the gorgeous kitchen where granite countertops, designer tile backsplashes and flooring, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful new cabinetry are merely the highlights of this space that opens into the living area and patio.

Even the kids can enjoy the privacy of their own space in the den, which allows sleeping accommodations for two, large-screen TV and a cozy place day or night. You might want to reserve the den for yourself, though. Its oversize window looks out onto a serene greenbelt, providing a setting for sun and shade lovers alike.

In the evening don a comfy robe and sooth away the day with a visit to the spa, or enjoy a lingering shower in one of two ensuite master baths. Indulge yourself with high-quality bed and bath linens and revel in complete privacy – choosing either the king or queen master suite.

The Neighborhood

The Palm Desert Resort and Country Club setting offers an 18-hole par 72 regulation golf course. The course a resort-style course and provides gorgeous mountain views. It is home of the Jackie Cooper Tennis Club and 20 winter-warmed swimming pool and spa areas. The Resort is a gate-guarded community of privately owned duplex homes, and is centrally located off Country Club Row.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
