Description

This second-story Desert Falls Country Club Condo is 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. It is a beautifully furnished 1360 square foot haven that has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, spacious, air conditioned and features vaulted ceilings, patio with great mountain views and a large 2 car garage. There are two mountain bikes in the garage that guests may ride along with several air mattresses and pool toys.

The condo overlooks a sparkling pool, is situated in a quiet interior location and is furnished with a Tommy Bahama flair! Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a complete fitness center, pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. There are 32 pools--two of which are SALT WATER.

Condo has been recently painted, just had new carpet put in the living room and 2 bedrooms, new ceramic tile in the quest bathroom, kitchen and the dining room, and new shutters in the living room, master bedroom, and quest bedroom. The kitchen was recently updates with new cabinets, granite counter tops and backsplash. The hallway bathroom also was just remodeled with new shower and vanity. Condo features soaring ceilings with 4 ceiling fans, a large living room with gas fireplace and wet bar leading to an inviting dining room. There is a King size bed in master bedroom with large private two sink bathroom, ceiling fan. Queen size bed in second bedroom with full second bath and ceiling fan. Linens are provided as well as all the beach/pool towels.

There is a 46 inch SMART TV in living room with DVR and a 46 inch SMART flat screen in master bedroom. Both are cable TVs with HD, HBO, DVD/Blue Ray players. Second bedroom has TV with VCR but no cable. CD Stereo system and King size sofa bed in living room. Kitchen is large and bright, all new Stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast nook with ceiling fan. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. This unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking the pool and spa with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, and the mountains. Patio has recently new patio furniture and gas grill.

Close to shopping, great restaurants, over 50+ golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions. Renters have free access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. Guests may play golf for a reduced fee.

High speed internet with wireless capability. Phones in the unit with unlimited free long distance service to anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If guests book inn April for festival weekends, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.

The area is surrounded with excellent shopping. If you are looking for a fabulous vacation that offers golf, tennis, first-class restaurants, exciting night life, and hours of relaxation in the beautiful desert sunshine, all while staying in a beautiful condo with a 18 hole championship golf course designed by Ron Frehm and a prestigious gated private country club setting...THEN LOOK NO MORE!!

Getting around

Must have a car. If attending the music festivals, a shuttle runs from Applebee’s which is about 1/2 mile from the condo. Uber and Lyft are also available.

No pets are allowed and no smoking in the condo.
Please strip beds of sheets and pillow cases and put in laundry room prior to leaving.
Make sure all dishes are done and put back in their proper place
If leaving on Sunday, put the trash out at the end of the driveway on the right side.
Place the keys back in the lockbox and the garage door opener back in the wicker basket on the table.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
