This private estate was once owned as a vacation house by the Driscoll family. The property was completely remodeled in 2005. The interior and exterior were both upgraded with the finest materials and the home is beautifully decorated with upscale art and custom furniture with a Southwestern flair.Located in South Palm Desert, this single story luxury hideaway has 3 bedrooms (two masters with third bedroom doubling as office) and 3 baths . The prime location is close to world-class shopping and dining; hiking and biking trails in the nearby Santa Rosa Mountains, and has spectacular desert views. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Loan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
