Description

As you enter from the street, you are guided by Blue Agave plants, to the courtyard gates, where you see a cactus / rock garden, and a courtyard with 2 lounges and a patio table. The entire front yard has been high - lighted with LED accent lighting.

The front door opens to an air conditioned home with new 24" tile throughout, and area rugs for comfort, and all new window coverings.

You enter into the Great Room, with a lounged conversation area on your right, and a ceiling fan overhead. Straight ahead, there is a TV lounging area, with 2 recliners and a leather sofa and ottoman, for comfortable viewing of the 65" wall-mounted TV. Open, to the right, is the eating area with 4 chairs and a round table, and a slab granite eating bar, with 2 high stools. There is also a desk and office chair with a printer and phone, and a water machine.

Adjacent to this, is the new kitchen with slab granite, s/s appliances, new sink and taps, a glass tile backsplash, refinished cabinetry, digital toaster, and a full compliment of small appliances and kitchenware. This entire Great Room, kitchen, eating area, affords a full view of the pool/patio area, through a wall of windows.

Outside, the entire pool deck has been refinished, and a natural gas BBQ, along with a large patio table and 6 chairs, 2 other high chairs, and a bench with coffee table, are available for poolside entertaining. There also are 4 adjustable lounges that are great for sun bathing, or enjoying the LED lighting at night.

This area is also visible from the master bedroom, through the large window area. This master bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 night tables and lamps, a 42" TV, phone with answering machine, a sitting area with floor lamp, a ceiling fan, and full length mirrored sliding closet doors, leading to the walk-in closet.

The ensuite bathroom has been renovated with slab granite, 2 sinks, and new taps, a jetted tub / shower combo, etc.

The guest bathroom has slab granite, refinished cabinetry, a new sink and taps, and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 night tables and lamps, a TV, full length mirrored closet doors, and a ceiling fan. It also has a very comfortable pillow-top, blow-up Queen mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

The laundry room has a washer & dryer, and a deep utility sink, for your convenience.

The totally refinished garage, has new paint, and a quiet belt-driven door opener. It has an epoxy floor, new storage cabinets, and a work bench with a good supply of tools. A wall of sliding doors, hides the heater and hot water tank, and a couple of "cruiser" bikes, for the athletes in the family.

But, the best part of the garage, is the "CALIFORNIA ROADSTER GOLF CART" that is parked in it!

How do damage deposits work?
