Description

This 82m2 newly completed riad comfortably sleeps a family of 4, over a double sized bed and two single beds in each room respectively.

There is a 24hr security service overseeing the entire complex and it only allows residents & their guests to enter at any time. Guests can park for free their vehicles in the car park situated next to the riad.

Guests will have access to all facilities within complex including but not limited to a 400m2 swimming pool, indoor gym, spa, Jacuzzi, rooftop terrace with bbq, hammam, children's playground, tennis courts and an omnisport court which can accommodates basketball and football needs.

There is also free wifi, HD TV with satellite in the apartment.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, this riad is only a 15 minute drive away from the famous square of Jamaa el Fna and it is ideal for guests who are seeking tranquility on their holidays.

Since it is located outside of the city center, it is preferable to have a car. A car or private taxis can also be provided at a cheap price.

Trips to other towns and daily meals and cleaning can also be organised.

“AMAZING!!”

This place is amazing. You feel that you are staying in a nice resort! It is 20 minutes from the city center but at least you feel you are on vacation! We wanted to rent a car to visit the nearby villages and towns so the location of this place was very convenient and perfect since we had everything we wanted!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful ryiad in March and we were very happy that we selected this one. It's within a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and was very relaxing indeed. Ali the local caretaker is of great help with any local questions we had.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kenza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
