Description

A beautiful stone builted cottage in the traditional village Kato Lefkara located in the southern slopes of the Troödos Mountains in the Larnaca District of Cyprus, off the main Nicosia-Limassol highway. Lefkara village is famous for its lace, known as lefkaritika and silver handicrafts. It features cobbled streets and picturesque architecture.

The cottage has 200 sq.m. covered areas builted in a 740 sq.m. plot. It's an open space house with a large living room, dining area and kitchen and a large entrance. There is a fire place in the living room. It has 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a balcony. A beautiful terrace with an astonishing view of mountains and long distance sea view. A beautiful garden with fruit trees. A safe space for parking.

Fully airconditioning, central-heating, fully equipped kitchen which includes a dish-washer, a refrigarator, electric cooker and oven. It's a very pieceful place for resting and enjoying nature. Close by there are taverns serving traditional meze and food of Cyprus. Fishing is also available to Dipotamos and Lefkara reservoir 30 minutes drive away. Ktima Dafermou is just 5 minites away which is a well-known winery.

We stumbled upon this cottage and It was truly an amazing experience. We were the first occupants to rent it since it was advertised. The owner is a very beautiful and a generous lady who went to great efforts to make us feel at home. if you want a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location then this is it. The house is very cozy and homely. We would love to go back again...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stavroula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
