Description

New, beautifully appointed apartment in a stone-built Traditional Lefkara house offers an ideal combination of elegant simplicity, traditional charm, privacy and accessibility.

Aunt Maria's house was restored in 2008 and separated into three spacious one-bedroom self-catering apartments and one three-bedroom/two bathroom luxury apartment. The apartments can be rented individually or the entire complex as a whole. This spacious one-bdrm apartment has a private entrance from the garden, outdoor stone-paved patio with unobstructed views and a garden-table with chairs. It is tastefully furnished with high quality traditional hand-made Cypriot furnishings and equipped with attenton to detail and comfort in mind. There is internet connection, satellite TV, AC, private parking and a well stocked modern kitchen with full fridge, oven-hob, toaster, kettle and microwave and everything you will need .for a comfortable long term stay. The sofa in the living room opens to a double bed. There is a separate laundry room with washer/ dryer and a BBQ grill in the garden. The bedroom has an ensuite shower with handheld showerhead. There is no extra charge for the amenities, the price you see is the price you pay.. Quality linen and towels and soaps are provided.

Aunt Maria's house, is surrounded by a colourful garden with stone paved patios and private outdoor tables for each apartment. At an elevated location with open spaces all around it benefits from the cool summer breeze and excellent views. Shops, Restaurants, Banks, Hospital and points of interest in Lefkara are litterally steps away. Aunt Maria's is licensed by the Cyprus Tourism organization as an Agrotourism facility and is a member of the Cyprus Agrotourism Company.

Why can't I call Ikosi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ikosi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
