Apartment Diana is positioned well on this 2009 completed Complex and offers 4 good size Swimming Pools, Baby Pool and a Gym for the more athletic! There are shrubs and small trees throughout the Complex mainly surrounding the Pool areas, with plenty of sunbathing spaces for those seeking relaxation and wishing to soak up the Mediterranean Sun!! This is a second floor Apartment with a very generous balcony, sea facing and looks over one of the sparkling Pools. Enjoy Alfresco dining whilst watching the sun go down with the gentle sound of the church bells in the background.

The Complex is ideally located with being in easy reach of all amenities for those not wishing to hire a car. If you do however hire a car it will allow you to see so much more of this beautiful Island!

The Apartment offers an open plan living area which is bright & airy and includes 2 comfortable Leather Sofas. The 3 seater opens out into a good size Double Sofa Bed giving sleeping space for up to 6 people. There is a Flat screen 32" LCD TV, DVD Player plus a selection of Movies, Playstation 2 and a good selection of PS2 Games for your enjoyment. There is Wi-Fi, Satellite TV with English channels and a Docking station for I-Pods so that you can enjoy your favourite music!

An archway leads you through to a fully equipped Kitchen with Granite Work Surfaces, Double Sink with a separate tap for Drinking Water. You will find an Electric Fan Assisted Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board and CD Player. You should find all you need to self cater.

The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed with a fully sprung mattress, Bedside Tables, Dressing Table and plenty of hanging and drawer space in the built in wardrobes. A Private En-suite includes a fully pumped Shower, Sink and WC. The Bedroom also looks over one of the Pools. The Second Bedroom again with large built in Wardrobes, Twin Beds with fully sprung mattresses, Bedside Cabinet & Wall Mirror.

The Main Bathroom has an overhead fully pumped Shower above a full size Bath, WC and Sink. Hot water is heated by solar power throughout the warm summer months with a back up water heater if required.

The location and complex were really first class, clean, tidy, and not to far from all the amenities you could want ( Harbour front only 20 mins walk away ) The Apartment was exactly as described, well appointed and everything you would need supplied. Responses from owner really quick and clear. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return again

We had another lovely holiday in this apartment and complex. We have stayed in this apartment on several occasions and our stay was as good as expected. The apartment is spotless and offers all you need for a fab relaxing holiday. We love this apartment/ complex and paphos and look forward to returning.

I would like to just say the apartment was very clean, cosy and fun. Not only from the many games and dvd's there are, there is a nice sized pool to swim in and a gym. We were in walking distance from the harbour restaurants and the beach. We had such a wonderful time and stay that we will be going again next year and possibly this year. We advised anyone who reads this to stay at apartment diana and let your hair down and let the good times begin.

My partner and I stayed in the apartment in late June. The property is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stress free and relaxing holiday. The beach towels and the small beach unbrella came in very handy and there;s also fold up chairs for the less popular beaches !! The apartment is approx 20 min walk from the main harbour area where there;s plenty of choice of eateries and bars to suit every taste. Diane provided all the information we needed to get around and find local supermarkets etc. THe property is situated in a quiet area of town so never any niose to disturb your sleep - all in all superb vakue for money and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. A great holiday and lovely apartment !!

We have just returned from an excellent fortnight at the apartment. Everything that was described was on offer from the sunbeds by the pool to the necessary air conditioning which was just what was required as the temperatures rose. The whole booking process was smooth and efficiently handled by Diane and we were very impressed that Max who looks after the property in Cyprus was prepared to come out at 1.00 in the morning to show us the necessary after our flight was delayed. This property is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Paphos and 25 from the Tomb of the Kings Road. Diane arranged taxis to collect us and our daughter from the airport on seperate days and the same driver was used which I think put our daughter at ease as she was travelling alone. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. well worth visiting. Another nice touch was having beach towels provided as well as having towels and linen changed after the first week

From our first enquiry about this apartment, communication was swift and very friendly. All arrangements went smoothly and on arrival we were delighted with the apartment. The furnishings and fittings are to a very high standard (it is even better than in the photos) and it really feels like home from home. We hired a car, as we wanted to do a bit of sight-seeing, and found that the apartment was only 5 - 10 minutes away from most places; the harbour, the old town, the mosaics, etc. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

We had never visited Cyprus before and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how safe we felt. We dined at various different restaurants in the area, mainly by the marina and had a lovely meal at each and every one of them (including Pizza Hut). when we arrived at the airport from the UK Diane had arranged a taxi to take us to the apartment, on arrival we were met by Max the caretaker of the apartment who showed us how to use the air conditioning and tv etc. there was also a welcome pack of the basics needed including, milk, bread tea etc,until we were able to visit the local shops for supplies. The apartment was lovely.. clean and modern with everything needed for a very comfortable stay... home from home!!!. we would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in Cyprus... Thank you

On arriving at the apartment we were met by the management team who were very helpful, showing us how everything worked etc.The apartment its self was lovely,everything we needed and more, stylish decor,modern comfortable furnishings,two beautiful bathrooms,large balcony again well furnished. The pool area was very peaceful, no worries about reserving sunloungers! We booked a midweek freshen up which was very good, fresh towels and linen etc.. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the harbour,with its various bars and restaurants,a favourite of ours was The Windmill Restaurant, family run, great food,great service and atmosphere. We also visited some historical sights all within walking distance at the harbour,although there is still plenty more we would like to see so will definitely be returning. Having had such a lovely week with perfect weather, location and apartment we would recommend Apt Diana without hesitation.

This apartment is beautifully furnished and in a lovely, largely residential block. Quiet pools for relaxing and sunbathing. Short walk to harbour area, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Also close to shops and bus routes to beaches. Easy to park. Diane could not have been more helpful nor could her friends when we arrived. The taxi was organised and excellent. Overall a fabulous stay.
