Description

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in small private complex with pool and sea view which is located in the heart of tourist aria but still in very quiet neighbourhood.

There is only 400 m straight to the sea and 7 - 8 min walking to the nearest sandy beach. You can find several restaurants near the complex. To the vibrant tourist area where there are shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, the promenade and picturesque harbor only 5 min walking.

We have air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms and all windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens and louvered shutters for extra privacy and to help keep the apartment cool in the hot summer months.

The bright and airy open plan living/dining area is where you can enjoy your evening meal, unwind listening to music, watch TV or read a good book. Free wi-fi and Android box channels (UK, European, Russian) are included in the price. We have a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas and sofa bed which can fit two children or one adult. Patio doors from the lounge open onto large balcony which is furnished with a table under the shed and two sun beds. It benefits from the sun most of the day, making it the ideal place for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

The kitchen is equipped to high standard, with a full size electric cooker, hob and grill, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. It has all the appliances and utensils you need if you decide to do your own cooking. Apartment has Alarm system for your security.

There are some other extras to make your stay with us an enjoyable one, including: iron, ironing board, clothes airier, hairdryer, small library of English books, Towels and linen including beach towels (saving you precious space and weight in your luggage), bottle of wine on arrival, information support.

We have tried to think of everything you may need for a 'home from home' stay.

Our apartment is perfect for those wanting a quiet and peaceful holiday where you can relax in comfortable surroundings.

Extra cost for the 6th person is 5 Euro per day and it is payable on arrival.

We take damage deposit of 100 Euro on arrival by cash. It will be refunded to you on departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
