Description

Typically Parisian apartment in an old building with 4 floors with a small garden on the intérieure.Deux doubles court, one of the courtyard overlooking the garden, the other on the street rue.Toutes windows have double glazing and a blind manuel.Très good sound insulation from the street, where there are no large traffic. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and double living room has a beautiful view on the renovated wooded Bolivar.Entièrement Square in 2012. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave. Bathroom with bath, separate washing linge.Sèche cheveux.WC. High speed internet (wifi and cable) A 5 minute walk is the park Buttes Chaumont (for joggers!) and picnics on herbe.Idéal rides for children. A 5 minute walk is the shopping street of Belleville, the Church of Jordan and the metro Pyrenees (line 11) direct to Chatelet (12 minutes) or the Marais (8 min). If you come by car, I rent a parking box secure in the street: 10 euros / night, payable at the arrivée.Dimensions the box: Height 1m75, 2m40 width, length 5m. From the Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Thalys), take bus 26 (Cours de Vincennes) and get off at Pyrénées-BELLEVILLE (8th stop), 30 minutes. From CDG or Orly airport, take RER B to Chatelet.Puis line No. 11 (towards Mairie des Lilas) and get PYRENEES.Suivre exit "Clavel street." House Rules: The building is quiet, thank you to respect the tranquility of our neighbors! I thank all the tenants to get off their garbage in the room in the courtyard. No pets allowed. Thank tenants to arrive before 22h at the latest. I do not charge a cleaning fee but I expect tenants to clean and store a minimum.C'est me who cleans the apartment after you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALEXANDRA (the owner) a message.

If ALEXANDRA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
