Dear guests! Дорогие гости! Chers amis!

You'll not be disturbed by noisy Paris streets living, at the same time, just in the very heart of this marvelous city! Our studio was completely renovated in March 2016. Now there's a small private patio where you can drink your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening!

We have all the conveniences:

- a fully equipped bathroom (a shower, a WC, a sink)

- a fully equipped kitchen (a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, a washing machin, a stove, a fridge, etc.)

- a TRUE DOUBLE BED (when it's closed, you can sit on a comfortable sofa, when you fold it down - it's a real double bed, which's already made).

- TV, DVD, Internet (WIFI)

- bed sheets, towels are provided

- tea and coffee is offered.

The appartement is situated on the ground floor, the access through the main entrance of the building with 2 code doors.

The location can't be better:

- 5 minutes from the EIFFEL TOWER and Champ de Mars

- 10 minutes walk from Invalides, some famous museums

- 1 minute walk from the famous rue Cler with its restaurants and shops

- 10 min by bus (buses 42, 69, 82, 87 - direct lines, metro lines are also direct) or 20 minutes walk to Champs Elysees, Concord, musee du Louvre, Notre Dame

- lots of restaurants to all tastes and budgets just around

- supermarkets, souvenir shops, baker's, grocery shops, drug stores just nearby,

- Metro and RER stations, bus stops are in 2 minutes walk.

If you come to Paris to go sightseeing, to do shopping or just to plunge into the magnificent atmosphere of this charming city, this apartment is just what you need!

Why can't I call Margo (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Margo (the owner) a message.

If Margo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
