Lift until 5th floor, The flat is in the sixth floor. Ascenseur jusqu'au 5eme etage, l'appartement se trouve au 6eme.

The Apartment is lying in the heart of Montmartre with an exceptional view (atmosphere hardly imaginable from the small pictures) on Paris,Eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur; only a few steps from 4 important metro lines which will take you directly to Champs Elysees,Saint Germain, Opera, Louvre and Eiffel tower. Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge within a five minutes walk range. If you want to use the Nespresso machine I recommend you to take the tabs with you. optique fiber internet and wifi. shuttle from airports can be organized.

Appartement refait a neuf, dans un bâtiment montmartrois au 6ème et dernière etage avec une vue imprenable sur Paris coté sud et sur le Sacre Cœur coté nord. Malheuresement il est un peu difficile de se rendre compte de la vue et de la ambiance avec la petite taille des photos. Paris est a vos pieds!!! L'appartement est au calme et vous offre tout le charme de l'architecture montmartroise, avec des poutres d'origines récemment dégagées. Un grand balcon est à votre disposition donnant sur le Sacre Cœur et la Place des Abbesses. L'appartement est entièrement équipée (Ordinateur et internet, stéréo, télévision 3D avec lecteur DVD et Blue Ray 3D. Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, machine Nespresso, machine expresso italiennetable de cuisson a induction et four pyrolyse). L'appartement est situe en plein Montmartre, avec le Sacré-Coeur et Moulin Rouge a cinque minutes a pieds. Il est situé sur la place des Abbesses au pied du métro Abbesses (ligne 12). Vous avez la station Pigalle (ligne 2+12) a deux minutes a pieds et les lignes 4 (Barbès Rochechouart ou Château Rouge) et 13 (Place de Clichy) a moins de 15 minutes a pieds. Ces lignes vous emmènent dans le sud, l'est et le ouest de Paris directement. La tour Eiffel et le musée du Louvre se trouvent par exemple à moins de treinte minutes de l'appartement en métro. Les Champs Elysées, les quartiers Opéra, Saint Germain des Près et Saint Michel (Eglise Notre Dame) sont direct (lignées 2,12 et 4). Un parking securisé et fermé se trouve a deux minutes de mon appartement dans la 5 rue Dancourt (deux nuits 53 euros, trois nuits 70 euros, 4 nuits 90 euros et 5 nuits 105 euros). Internet et wifi par fibre optique. Transfer a partir des aéroports sur demande.

Getting around

Travel is very easy. Line 12 from in front of my building in the city center (Madeleine, Concorde (Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower), Montparnasse), line 2 to the Champs Elysees. Line 13 to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees and line 4 to Chatelet, Saint Michel, Odeon and the Sorbonne. Never more than 20-30 minutes away unchanged.

How do damage deposits work?
