Typical Parisian studio in a 19th Century building at Victor Hugo (check and ask availability for special prices below).

It is located just 10 minutes by foot to Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), to Trocadéro (Eiffel tower) and to Palais des Congrès (Airport shuttle connections). Reachable transports are suburb lignes 2, 1, 6 and 9 and direct busses to Opéra (Galeries Lafayette) and to Jardin du Luxembourg (Sorbonne – quartier latin).

The studio is on the 6th floor (no lift) partly under the roof and on the garden side. It is cosy furnished with a bed-sofa for 2 people, a desk and a large table for 4 people. You can make the cook at home due to fridge-freezer, oven, hotplates, microwaves, coffee-maker, toaster and Nespesso (caps available on request). Bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Bed sheets and towels are furnished.

Facilities are numerous in the neighbourhood. Bakery and pharmacy are at the bottom of the building, laundry and mini markets (including on Sundays until midnight) are at 2 minutes afoot, commercial streets and gallery are at 4 to 5 minutes afoot.

Last : when you ask for availability, just indicate, if you can, the times of your landing and your take off and from which airport. You will even receive a quicker answer !

And CLEANING FEE is ONLY when the studio is too dirty at the end of your stay.

Rates policy summer 2018 : for a week - 10% , from 10 nights - 20% ! For a longer stay just ask when you apply for availabilty !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arnaud (the owner) a message.

If Arnaud (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
