Description

Great location near the most beautiful sites of Paris, this beautiful apartment for 4 people has all modern amenities and well-appointed and functional spaces.

6th floors with elevator of a beautiful Estate, It has been carefully furnished as pied a terre by the owners who occasionally occupy.

There are four beds for adults or two adults with or without children: a double bed for 2 in the bedroom area and a pullout sofa with two other beds for real adults (independent), located in the part time.

The bedroom and living room are separated by a large decorative screen to give more volume and light in the room when folded.

The beds are new and the mattresses are of very good quality.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker ... and covered all accessories for cooking ...

The bathroom has a shower and has a washing machine (with integrated drying), and a hairdryer is available. The toilet area is partially separated from the bathroom.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay with TV (Orange Box programs) and WIFI fiber. There are many closets throughout the apartment ...

Bed sheets, towels, products of washing machines, toilet paper, soap ... all this is provided.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters with remote controls.

Documentation of all equipment (Code WIFI, TV, appliances ...) is available in the apartment and two sets of keys with digicodes badges will be given upon arrival.

The Residence is perfectly secure with a guard present day and night at the entrance of the building.

Excellent location just two minutes walk from the Place du Trocadero (Metro station lines 6 and 9), it is located between the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower.

The Palais de Chaillot with its exhibitions and theater, the Palace of Tokyo and the Museum of Modern Art of Paris, Esplanade and the Trocadero Gardens, the Seine and the Champs de Mars with the Eiffel Tower are nearby of the appartment.

You can reach very easily all Paris by these 2 lines of Metro No. 6 and No. 9.

Departures red BUS PARIS for sightseeing, very close to the Place du Trocadero.

Moreover, you can visit the Palace of Versailles by taking the RER C located just near the Eiffel Tower. You can go across on foot the Trocadero Gardens and the Seine ...

You will have a super market to purchase your diet, just two minutes from the Residence.

Numerous restaurants with terraces are nearby on the Place du Trocadero, the Champs Elysées, near the Eiffel Tower or in the beautiful heart of Passy and Muette ....
