Description from owner

Description

Here I propose a large 83 m2 (393 ft2) apartment, completely renovated in the loft style, with a beautiful parquet flooring. The apartment is located on the 23th floor with a view on Paris, the suburb and the Eiffel tower (south-east/south-west orientation) and with sun all the daylong (if the weather is good…). There is a large lounge with two sofas (one in a sofa bed for two persons), a large bedroom with a two-place bed (160cm large), an open kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and independent wc.

All equipments are new. The apartment is fully furnished, sheets and duvets available, with also tv, internet (wifi connection), a washing machine, a dishwasher, electric burner microwave and central heating system. There is also two long balconies to fully enjoy the view, and five big bay windows.

I provide clean towel, sheets, duvets, etc... as well as soap, detergent... You can use an iron for your clothes. Kitchen is fully equiped for cooking : oil, condiments, as well as coffee are usually available.

The district is quite modern, with towers and apartments built in the 70s. A major point is the presence of much transportation (metro lines, Velib bicycle), which allow a fast access to various areas of Paris. Here we are close to the famous 5th district (rue Mouffetard, jardin des plantes) and Chinese district. A traditional open-air market is accessible 2 times a week in front of the building, several supermarkets are available, as well as bakeries.

In brief, this apartment is a good base to explore Paris, keeping the comfort of a large space and amazing view.
