Very nice 85m² duplex apartment in Paris, the metro and tram near the Place de la Nation.
4 rooms in Haussman building with living room of 35 m2. Clear, double exposure. Double glazing on all windows. 6th floor. 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate WC.
The metro Line 1 Porte de Vincennes 5 minutes from Nation metro (Lines 1, 2, 6, 9, RER A: direct line to Disneyland). By Metro: Station 5min from Lyon, 10 minutes from the Marais, 15 minutes from Chatelet.
very green area, ideal for walks, 5 mins from the Bois de Vincennes, at 200m from the "green corridor" (landscaped promenade that connects the Bois de Vincennes to the Bastille Square).
Close to shops (supermarkets next to the building). There is also a course Vincennes market on Wednesday and Saturday morning

2 Bathrooms with a shower, 2 toilets separated from the bathroom.
The subway station (line 1 door Vincennes) and the tramway are just in the forehead door of the building and 5 min to metro station Nation (line 1, 2, 6, 9, RER A: direct to Disneyland).
10 min by metro to Marais, 5 min to Chatelet and Notre Dame (Paris center) by RER.
25 minutes from The Arc de Triomphe (Charles de Gaulle-Stars)
I live next to the Bois de Vincennes, in the center of Paris witn Many supermarkets nearby. The Closest is at 20 meters from the apartment. May you go to the Cours de Vincennes markets on Wednesday and Saturday's morning.
On the first floor there is a double living-room (35 m2) in Where 2 persons can sleep, parental suite with a shower room, kitchen ligtlhfull witl all the equipments and WC.
On the second floor, 2 children's bedrooms (goal aussi aussi adults can sleep and a third child), a showerroom and separated toilets.
A very comfortable place to stay after-long walk in Paris (ideal for family with children), I'm sour you will appreciate it.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send BLANQUIER (the owner) a message.
If BLANQUIER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
