FRENCH ***** ***** In the heart of Paris in the pedestrian district Montorgueil rue Tiquetonne, Paris 2nd district Apartment is 10/15 minutes maximum walk from the Seine, the Louvre, the Pompidou Center , Notre Dame, department stores and very accessible by public transport. The neighborhood, an older and more historic Paris is known for its restaurants, bars, its lively side, fine food shops and is 2 steps from designer boutiques in the Place des Victoires. In a 1850 building, the apartment has been completely renovated. It has: - a living room with sofa beds 140cmx200cm 2 - a room with a bed 2 beds 140cmx200cm - a small entrance - a fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom with rain shower - separate toilet, the apartment has the charm of the old parquet flooring, moldings, tiles in the bathroom and a decorative fireplace in the living room It is located at the crossroads of several metro lines and RER gives you access to airports, go Versailles or Disneyland Paris very easily. Because of its central location, You will Easily go to all the touristic sights with the Metro or the fast train (30 minutes to Versailles and Disneyland). You Could take the train from Paris every train station in less than 30 minutes or be at the airport in 40 minutes.
