Located in the historic center of Paris, you will immediately feel at home in this apartment very well equipped with many cupboards. It is located in a lively perfectly isolated on the sound level (double glazing and double windows) guaranteeing absolute calm. Shopping and many restaurants bars nearby. A must see Luxembourg Garden within 500 meters for a rest and greenery. The situation in the center of Paris at the intersection of Boulevard Saint Michel and Boulevard Saint Germain allows access on foot to the most important monuments and museums of Paris. The area offers more than 15 theaters within 500 meters. The access to the Metro and the RER 50 meters allows easy movement. A bike rental station Velib in front of the apartment allows you to visit Paris by bike. An air-heating will guarantee optimum comfort in any season in the apartment. A small office library Internet Wifi very functional phone lets you communicate with the world. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped: Washer-Dryer, Dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, Crockery and quality. The dining area is spatieux for 6 people. staple products are provided (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, cleaning products, etc.) The typical Parisian stay (parquet, moldings, chandelier, carpet and antique furniture) is very comfortable and bright with two large street windows. It has a television (Freebox 500 channels) CD player and a radio receiver with many presets. The room has a double bed 160x200 cm and a large closet. The calm is absolute. The mezzanine has two beds in 80 x 200 cm. It is equipped with a TV and a CD player. The bathroom has a double sink, two large drawers and shelves. The shower is large and very nice. Shower and shampoo products are available. The toilets are separated and cramped but they have a sink. IMPORTANT: Respect the neighborhood, pay attention to noise between 22 pm and 7 am, especially for departures with luggage. Thank you for your courtesy. Caution cleaning costs are paid locally to the person who gives you the keys 75 euros If you arrive after 20:30 you will be charged extra 15 euros

Sin duda la gran ventaja es su situación. Enfrente del Museo de Edad Media o Museo de Cluny. A pocos metros de la parada de metro de Cluny-La Sorbonne. A 5 minutos de Notre-Dame o de la Sainte-Chapelle. Está en la rue de Harpe donde están decenas de restaurantes típicos, tal vez bastante turísticos. Buen aire acondicionado. Muy insonorizado. Bien de tamaño para 5-6 personas, aunque dos camas son para niños. La wifi funciona bien. Bien equipado. La pega: segundo piso sin ascensor.
