LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED. I am local to the Park City, UT area and not an absentee owner. This is also a 2nd home to my family and I take great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards.

No need to look any further for a place in Park City. Your luxurious 1350 sq ft. condo was completed in September 2007 in the heart of the Lodges at Bear Hollow, just below Olympic Park in world famous Park City, Utah. Close to The Canyons, Deer Valley, and Park City Ski Resorts, shopping, movies, and great restaurants. All new professionally designed furnishings and beds.

The spacious open floor plan is all on one level on the 2nd floor with your front door leading out to an open, airy, spacious, court yard. Beautiful 20" tile lines the kitchen and hallways with plush carpet in the living room and bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, wine rack, beautiful Alderwood cabinets, GE Stainless steel appliances, fully furnished kitchen items. Pots, pans, mixer, cookie sheets, waffle maker, roaster, blender, ice maker, 14 cup coffee pot, Bodum French coffee press, ect. The family room has a gas stylish slated fireplace, comfortable mountain style furnishings in brown leather and 2 wood end tables with decorative lamps, reclining and sitting chair, 50" High Definition Panasonic plasma, High Definition satellite TV with 200 channels and a JBL Radial Hi-performance speaker that supports and docks all iPods. You have high-speed wireless internet access.

NINTENDO Wii-14 games--Mario Cart Driver, Rampage Total Destruction, Tennis, Bowling, Boxing, Shooting Range, Ice Hockey, Baseball, Fishing, and a few more.

Washer/dryer (Bounce and Detergent included), ironing board and iron, and hair dryers are provided.

Gas BBQ (Weber) on the spacious patio deck with mountain views. Patio and chairs to relax on (stored during winter)

75ft from the swimming pool (seasonal-spring/summer/fall) that connnects to the 3000 sq. ft. Club House which the pool, gym, Free PC usage and printer, and relaxation area that you have access to use. Large Pool towels and portable cooler provided. Gas grill at the pool for BBQ's to use as well.

Plenty of extra, high quality, pillows and blankets supplied.

Two accessible hot tubs (30 feet away and pool hot tub-- both open year round) within feet of your front door are great after a day of biking, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. The hot tub in your building is 20 steps away and on the same level.

Your condo is securely located on the 2nd floor with a wide open courtyard which is open, airy, and welcoming.
