Location location location! Just remodeled and upgraded this Beautiful, immaculate mountain getaway non-smoking condo is in a fantastic location! This is the largest condo in the complex at 1,000 square feet with two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a bonus loft. I also recently installed an HE washer & ventless dryer in a custom cabinet and granite counters. The views are spectacular. Walk across the street to three ski lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The Park City free shuttle bus stop is just across the street or you can take a short walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, stores and clubs. All amenities included (firewood, internet, cable, DVD library, and Much more). Charming mountain decor, this 2 bedroom PLUS loft has two Queen-size beds, two twin beds, granite remodeled kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, internet, and much more! . You will enjoy stretching out in front of the real wood-burning fireplace, wood included! That's after you take a dip in the heated pool and the 14 person hot tub! Sorry NO pets allowed and NO SMOKING allowed in the condo or anywhere on the property.

This spectacular condo is in Old Town (the place you want to be!) Park City - Gorgeous 2 bedroom + loft , 2 bathroom luxury 1,000 square foot condo with all kinds of upgrades - internet, Fantastic mountain views, wood burning fire place, pool, 14 person hot tub. Steps to golf course and Park City Mountain resort, you are in the best location possible for a fabulous Park City vacation!

Please note: This condo is on the third (highest) floor of the complex and there is NO elevator. While this is one of the quietest units in the complex (no one above you), it does require climbing stairs to get into the unit. Also, please note that a Loft is not the same as a private bedroom. While the upstairs loft is set back from the main living room and is a great sleeping area, it is not a seperate bedroom.

Getting around

It's VERY easy to get around in Park City once you are here! The free Park City shuttle system will take you anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons, Kimball Junction, the outlet center, and much more. I also have a great driver I can recommend for airport transfers.

Interaction with guest

I live in Park City and should be available or have someone available if you need anything during your stay. The door entry is electronic and very easy to use and you will never need any keys for your stay. the electronic door is set by times (check in time is after 4 pm, check out by 10 am) and dates and you will receive your code prior to your arrival.

How do damage deposits work?
