Welcome to Tanglewood 23. This luxurious 3 bedroom condo is in the Tanglewood Beach Homes complex. Ideally located in an intimate waterfront community nestled up to Rathtrevor Beach in Parksville on beautiful Vancouver Island. Centrally located, this is the perfect home base for your Vancouver Island holiday and you are surrounded by spectacular natural beauty at every turn. Unwind beachside, set your own pace... leave all notion of day-to-day hustle and bustle behind and settle in and enjoy your relaxation in our luxuriously appointed vacation home.

This newly completed,1200 sq. ft. luxury vacation condo unit features a fabulous ocean and beach view from both the bedroom and living areas. Step out onto the large semi-private green space overlooking the ocean just outside the patio door to further enjoy the spectacular views. The unit is professionally designed and decorated. It features a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Ideally sized for families or for two or three couples sharing, you will find all the comforts of home. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and a full ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Janice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
