Description

This well appointed apartment is located in a quiet development just beyond the south end of the Corralejo dunes. Corralejo is 15 mins away, the airport transfer takes 20 mins. There are 2 large swimming pools and small pool suitable for children set within well maintained gardens. A 10 minute stroll takes you to a shingle cove and tracks suitable for coastal walking. Bus service every 15 to 30 mins. Locally there are some bars, restaraunts and a supermarket. Plenty of free car parking spaces.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4. There are no facilities for babies or small children eg no cot or high chair but older children can be accommodated. Please ask in your enquiry. There are two bedrooms, bedroom 1 having a double bed and bedroom 2 having two single beds. Both bedrooms have black out blinds. Each bedroom has wardrobes, drawers and shelves. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. In the lounge/dining area there is a flat screen TV, dvd and cd player. Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a large furnished balcony, which goes across the whole width of the apartment. The balcony is south-facing and sheltered. The bathroom is fully tiled with matching bath/shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Other items supplied include iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fans.

Guests have access to 2 large swiming pools and a splash pool for children. One pool is walk in with a hand rail.

Beach umberella, wind break, cooler bag with ice packs, beach chairs and shopping trolley are supplied for guest use. These can be taken out of the apartment but please return them for future guests.

There is an information pack in the apartment which covers essential topics such as shopping, apartment appliances, bus timetables, suggestions for days out, bars, restaraunts, what to do if you are ill etc.

Getting around

It is very accessible by public transport with a regular bus service (15 to 30 mins on average) to Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario. Stops between these two towns include the famous Corralejo sand dunes and the calm sheltered bay of Puerto Lajas. Once in Corralejo or Puerto del Rosario other buses can be boarded and trips taken to places like El Cotillo and Caleta de Fuste. The bus takes you directly to the large Mercadonna Supermarket on the northern edge of Puerto del Rosario or the Eurospar Supermarket in Corralejo. Bus timetables can be found in the apartment. If you hire a car there is plenty of free parking available. The complex is well situated for travelling around. There are good roads to the south, north and west.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
