Description

Pine Wood cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with a 1 Bedroom Bunkie with hardwood floors throughout on paved road on Miller Lake only 10 minutes to Parry Sound.

Waterfront and quiet for nature lovers. Beautiful sunsets. Ideal for children and water sport activities. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sup, fishing.

Small lake that is connected to larger Boy Lake. These are spring fed lakes with very clean water.

Great fishing, small mouth bass, splake, lake trout and rainbow.

25 easy steps down to waterfront and docks (see pictures). Excellent deep water swimming off of dock. There is a Sandy beach and playground for the kids just a three minute walk down our quiet street.

Sleeps 8 people

Large deck at the cottage with view of Lake or try our flag stone patio and fire pit with unobstructed views of the lake.

Dock, fire pit, BBQ.

Hydro, electrical appliances, dishwasher, toaster owen, micro, TV,DVD ,phone.

Included in rent use of 4 kayaks, canoe, standup paddle board.

Bedding and linen not included. Life jackets included although it is best to have your own lifejackets that fit your children properly.

BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS OVER WATER.

CLOSE PROXIMITY TO Parry Sound where you can go for ice cream or visit the many shops and restaurants, Starbucks etc.

GREAT FOR BOATING, FISHING, WATER SPORTS AND ROMANCE.

This is a small quiet lake, please respect neighbors .......no parties or events and no pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ryan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
