Situated high above the Paso Robles vineyards, 'Country Estate Cottage' is the ideal retreat for groups of 4 looking to get away from it all! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental is located on 4 quiet acres of land, but is just a stone's throw from Highway 101 and all the attractions in the Central California coast! The updated interior is accompanied by a large outdoor living space with a fire pit, stunning views and games, like Cornhole and Bocce Ball, to keep your whole group entertained!

Step inside this newly-renovated cottage, where you'll notice gorgeous hardwood floors, 12-foot ceilings, and a wonderful open concept floor plan. Open up the sliding glass door and let the cool California breeze fill the home!

During your downtime, sit back on the plush couch in the sunken living room and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV. When you need to get some fresh air, head outside and challenge your travel companions to a friendly game of bocce ball or cornhole!

Before you head out for the day, make a quick breakfast in the well-equipped kitchenette. Take your breakfast and a cup of coffee to the porch to enjoy the sunrise of the vineyards!

Once the sun sets behind the surrounding mountains, fire up the gas fire pit to stay warm and toasty in the great outdoors.

You're sure to fall fast asleep on one of the cloud-like beds each night. The bedroom hosts a king bed while the living room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
