Canary fabulous apartment for rent the last week of December from 28/12/2019 to 04/01/2020 and the first of January from 04/01/2020 to 11/01/2020. Four seats complete with all the best comforts: large balcony with sea view, marina, swimming pools, restaurants and much more. The apartment consists of double bedroom, closet, entrance hall, living room and large kitchenette. The terrace is about 15 sqm completely private. The apartment is luxury, marble finishes fully equipped with all appliances: TV, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, ceramic hob, hairdryer, etc. The complex, in which the apartment is located, is part of the Royal Crown and is one of the first 300 in the world. The residence is visible on the Internet, with all the details and even more eloquent photos. Those staying at the Anfi Beach Club, whose garden is a botanical garden, can take advantage of the facilities and swimming pools of the other 3 residences of the group. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gianpaolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
