Description

The villa is comprised of two separate buildings with a distance of 15 meters among them. There are a total of four bedrooms. Each building has two bedrooms which do not communicate from the indoors. The main house is built in two levels and has its own separate entrances on each level. On the upper floor you find the main sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen (Arc Linea) and a very spacious master bedroom and en-suit bathroom.( sleeps 2 people) On the lower level (but not underground) there is a studio apartment with two single beds, a baby crib if requested, a sitting area with a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. ( sleeps 2-3 people)The spacious veranda in front of the sitting area offers a breathtaking view of Kampos beach. In the spring time the surrounding area is very green however, in the summer due to the lack of rain the area changes to a golden hue.

The second building features two independent guesthouses with their own terrace and an outdoor dining table and kitchenette. The house is built with visible stone by the famous architect Dimitris Konstantinidis and can be described modern and yet very cozy. The wooden furniture is tailor-made from Asian suar and teak wood. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. In the main house, there are two TV sets with DVD players, a hi-fi stereo and wi-fi connection throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an espresso and filter coffee machine. We can provide a baby crib and baby chair upon request. Also, there is maid service provided twice per week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
