Villa Diamond has the true feel of a relaxing island retreat!

This superb 350sq.m. villa is set on a very privileged position just a few hundred meters away from Skala (the port) and directly above the picture perfect Meloi beach. Regardless Its proximity to the island’s commercial center, the villa is yet private and secluded, built on a huge plot of land on the hillside of Koumana, a scenic part of Patmos Island, named after the prevailing historic church.

The villa enjoys a relaxing panoramic view of Meloi beach, the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea and the charming commotion of the port. Its west orientation provides for many wonderful colorful sunset settings.

Built in traditional Patmian style, the property blends in graciously with the surrounding lush Mediterranean garden. The outdoor dining and lounging areas invite guests to absorb the essence of summer on a Greek island.

The luxury villa’s interior is simple yet stylish. Selected traditional antique furniture, a predominance of wood and stone, all create a warm, graceful and laid back ambiance. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, (with en suite bathrooms with shower), including a traditional Patmian wooden platform built double bed. The ground floor has its own living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The upper Floor has an independent entrance leading to a large living room, a traditional dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Two more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms can comfortably accommodate four guests.

For endless lounging hours, the villa features a large elegant sea view shaded patio protected by the hot summer sun and the occasional Aegean winds.

Getting around

Patmos is an astonishing island from one end to another! There is basic public transportation connecting the port to Chora, Grikos and Kampos but a car is strongly recommended to tour around the island! Roads are in good shape and traffic is never an issue so summer driving on a Greek island is going to be part of your fun!!

How do damage deposits work?

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
