Description

Charming Villa Angelina is a beautiful Istrian stone house with a swimming pool situated in a small and peacefull village of Jakačići in the hearthland of Istria . It is for those desiring a very special vacation, very peacefull and romantic.

Surrounded by a large fenced garden of 6 000 m2 and a forrest full of colors and fragrances. Built in 1912. and renovated with care and love at 2015. It offers a unique country experience with all the amenities for a comfortable holiday.

It offers an atmosphere of such tranquillity that occupants have no choice but to switch off from city life.

Especially beautiful are mornings and evenings where you can enjoy drinking a cup of coffee in the oakwood or just reading a book on a deck chair while listening to a birds chirping and smelling so pleasant scents of nature. The climate in our village is approximately 2 degress lower than the climate nearby the sea, without a swelter so you can equally enjoy in our midday sun as in mornings or evenings. Evenings and nights could be chilly so you will probably need a light shirt.

Villa Angelina consists of a ground floor and has 150 m2. Inside of the house is very cold thanks to the 60 cm thick stone walls so there is no need for an air condition. The position of the house is near the quiet road that passes through the small village of Jakačići that has just a few houses.

Around the village of Jakačići you can also enjoy discovering hidden treasors of surrounding Istrian beauties. There are plenty of bike and hike routs around the village , beautiful medieval towns on the hills to explore , cultural-historic monuments to see, waterfalls, caves, restaurants with a delicious local dishes to try, and many various cultural events to visit. The mount Učka nature park is just 30 min away from the house and can be seen from top of the garden, and the first beaches are just 20 minutes away (Rovinj or Rabac).

Vila Angelina is suitable for nature and country lovers, families with children and pets, young and elderly couples but single travelers as well.

Vila Angelina has a common kitchen/dining/living area with a TV unit and sofa that can be used as an additional bed for two persons, outdoor swimming pool of 24 m2 that is brand new, free Wi-fi access, free parking space in a totaly fenced garden, barbecue area under the oaktree, badminton net on the grass, deck chairs, garden furniture, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one small bed for a baby, swing set, ...

The owner Alenka lives in the city of Pula but will be on site to welcome you and ensure that your stay in Vila Angelina would be an unforgettable expirience.

How do damage deposits work?
