Impress yourself with your dream vacation by staying at the castle . Enjoy the semi lake front luxurious home with unobstructed lake view . The moment you enter the front door, you will be surrounded by elegance, luxury and tranquility. The main floor features living room with marble fireplace, exotic tiger wood hard floor, new leather furniture; The double french door led you to the private sun deck for you to enjoy sunbathing, bird watching, lake, mountain and garden view all at the same time;

The fully equipped chef's dream kitchen has 6 burner Bertezoni gas stove, double door refrigerator with ice maker, quite Bosh dishwasher, microwave, pantry and custom made curved cabinet and gold flakes granite counter top.

The lake view dining room plus the bar area have seats for 10 people.

Walking up to the curved staircase with stunning 10' chandelier shining above you, there are three bedrooms waiting for you to relax.

The Awe effect 1200 sq ft Master bedroom has unbelievable lake view from all areas. You can have an afternoon tea or nap on the chaise while you enjoy the view from Kelowna to Summerland. In the evening, you have a choice of having steam shower, or soaking yourself into the double jacuzzi tub with mood light while having your favorite glass of wine or watching your regular TV shows. Plus oversized walk in closet; Private deck to enjoy the moonlight or sunbathing.

There are two over sized bedrooms. One has queen size bed. The other have queen size bed and double sofa bed.

Beach Ave Castle built in 2008, located right on Beach Ave, in the jewel of Okanagan Peachland. Walking out of your front door, you can enjoy the 11km pebble beach with the boutique shopping, wonderful waterfront restaurants, cafes, bakery, craft and farmer market, award-winning golf course, winery tours, horse back riding, water craft rentals, hiking, hunting just 5 to 10 minutes drive.

The Castle comfortably sleeps 8. It provides beddings, linens, towels, hair drier, iron board. The living room and Master Bedroom have 55 inch LED smart TV; Wi-Fi Internet access. The owners live in the basement (which has separate drive way and entry ) for easy access and quick services.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
