Description

Poolside Retreat, Peachland, BC is located in a quiet area, surrounded by farmland, yet is within minutes of the beach and downtown Peachland, with its 11km of beachfront lined with shops and restaurants. The Parrot Sanctuary and Wineries are only a short stroll away, plus there are beautiful hiking paths nearby.

We have two accommodations to offer, The Carriage House, listing no. 7169583 in its own private garden and our delightful Poolside Suite, listed here. Both are just steps away from our lovely heated saltwater pool, open throughout the summer.

It is an ideal location for families as we have an outdoor lawned area with badminton net set up, with lots of room for them to play, we supply toys for children and there is also a children's playground nearby.

Our POOLSIDE SUITE is within the main house, shown in the foreground of the picture of the entrance to Poolside Retreat. It has a private entrance,  2 comfy bedrooms,  lounge area that is conveniently next to the bedrooms with sofa bed, plus media room with plasma screen tv, pool table and kitchenette with breakfast bar, microwave, fridge, and crockery.  It also has a  private entrance and patio with barbecue and path leading up to the pool.  The Suite is from C$90..00 to C$210.00 per night depending on a number of occupants and time of year. We also offer a continental breakfast, as an extra, if requested.

Our charming CARRIAGE HOUSE is 980 square feet, has 2 bedrooms, is set in its own private garden, has a full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry and is on the left-hand side of the picture of the entrance to Poolside Retreat. It has its own private garden with two patios, one overlooking the outside games area and the other with barbecue, secluded outside dining area, and path leading to the pool. From July it is bookable Saturday to Saturday from C$850.00 per week to C$1600.00 per week. During other times of the year, we accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights from C$150.00 per night

Peachland itself is ideally located in the center of the Okanagan Valley which makes it an ideal base to explore the whole area and visit its many festivals, events, and ski resorts. However you may not want to leave Peachland is the only place in the Okanagan which has 11km of waterfront front lined with shops, restaurants, and a delightful walkway, with flower boarder. Sunbathe or take a stroll along Beach Avenue in the warmth of the Okanagan sunshine; have a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants along the Beach and enjoy the music of one of our talented musicians who perform regularly in many of the restaurants. Then return to the Poolside Retreat and enjoy peace and tranquility on your own private patio or take a dip in the wonderful saltwater pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
