Newly renovated apartment completely, ground floor, on the seafront of El Palo, just 10 meters from the beach. Capacity up to 6 people. Wifi, A / C Front terrace with beautiful views of the promenade and beach where you can sit and enjoy a good glass of wine. Friendly atmosphere and friendly service. Area full of good restaurants where you can enjoy the wide variety of fresh fish offered by the bay of Malaga. Well located, close to shops, etc.

Fabulous apartment facing the sea, only 10 meters from the sea in a typical fishing area of Malaga. Fully equipped up to 6 people. It has 1 double bedroom (1,35 bed), 1 double bedroom (two 0,90 single beds) and 1 sofa bed (1,35) in the living room , 1 bathroom with shower, living room with integrated kitchen area and a comfortable double sofa bed. It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace from where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit and relax at any time of the day. Everything in the apartment is totally new (kitchen, sofas, bedrooms, TV, WIFI ...), has everything you need for a holiday by the sea.

The apartment is 10 meters from the beach in a typical fishing area in Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants on the door step and on a coastal 20km route. It is a quiet area with excellent public transport connections every 8 minutes.

The center of the city with all its cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping is a 10 minute bus ride away, Nerja and its caves 30 minutes away and Torremolinos 25 minutes away. This is an ideal place for those who seek rest, with all the comforts at hand and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, where we have about 300 sunny days a year. There is also a golf course 600 meters from El Candado and a marina just 5 minutes walk away.Other Activities: beach soccer, beach volleyball, paddle tennis court, outdoor gymGolf: There are a lot of golf courses a Along the "Costa del Sol", in this area there is one in El Candado de Golf (10 minutes on foot) and one in Añoreta Golf (10 minutes by car), there are also many many others within 20 minutes by car . These two golf courses are very reasonable.Skiing: The ski resort to Sierra Nevada, located in Granada with its 104 km of snow, is only 1h 30 minutes by car! Or to visit the wonderful Alhambra. You will be able to ski in the morning and return at tea time by the sea! TRANSPORTATION: From the airport you can take a bus or a train to the city center and then a 10 minute bus to El Palo, this bus, LINE N º 11, passes every 5 minutes and from 23:30 every 40 minutes during all night. You can get this bus to the city center in 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You can get a bus to Nerja in 1 minute walk from the apartment. You can take a taxi 200 meters from the apartment. BEACHES: The beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo are not very deep so they are ideal for children and everyone. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, eat some fish or in a modern restaurant.

Malaga has a few gay bars and dance clubs that are popular on the weekends. All are located within the city centre (El Carmen, Peter Pan, Theatro Club, Café de Estraperlo, La Calle de Brusselas.

Malaga, the Spanish city which adjoins Costa del Sol, is a popular tourist destination and for good reason. For several years, this beautiful city has been overshadowed by its other Andalucian cities such as Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. However, Malaga is now receiving a lot more attention as a tourist destination. In fact, its art is being compared to that of Madrid and its food to that of none other than Barcelona.

The world famous artist, Picasso was from Malaga and has been quoted about his own city – “to be a Cubist you have to have been born in Málaga”. Some of the key attractions in the city are of course the Alcazaba and the Renaissance Cathedral. There is also a cathedral in the heart of the recently restored historic city center which also attracts a great deal of visitors. The Picasso Museum is yet another hot spot for art lovers. In terms of beaches, one of the most popular beaches in the city is the La Malagueta beach. For one of the best views make sure to visit the 11th century Gibralfaro castle. Paying a visit to the CAC Malaga Contemporary Art Center is also definitely worthwhile. If you like to party, then you will be pleased to know that Malaga parties late into the night. There are several bars along the beach of LaMalagueta and Pedregalejo while the old town is full of clubs and live music bars where you are sure to have a great night. Some of the other hotspots include Calle Granada, Plaza de la Merced and Calle de las Beatas in the Old Town.

How do damage deposits work?

If MANUELA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
