Quiet country setting, property sits on approximately 10 acres of park like land with lots of nature yet close to town (3 mins), minutes to Niagara Falls Canada, Buffalo N.Y., & Fresh water Beach's in Port Colborne (Lake Erie), Casino's in Niagara Falls and Buffalo, Wine Country (short distance to VQA wine route), St. Johns Conservation Area, Welland Recreational Waterway, property is across the road(walking distance) to Pelham Hills Golf Course and is minutes to 6 other golf courses, fresh water fishing (in welland river, welland recreational waterway, St Johns Conservation Area, Chippawa Creek, Niagara River, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario), Down Hill Skiing is approximately 40 mins to Kissing Bridge($20 cdn-including taxes/person for day pass), approximately 40mins to Niagara District Airport and Buffalo International Airport, 3minutes to canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing in Welland Recreational Waterway and Niagara regional bicycle trail.*note: the rates stated for all dates /seasons are for a maximum of 18 guests/night. For each additional Guest there is an additional charge of $40/night x # nights in booking. Note: the # of people booked in the reservation is the maximum # of people permitted on or at the property at any given time, a surcharge of $80/person x # of nights booked, regardless of time & date of arrival or departure of additional guests, the $80 surcharge will be due and payable in cash immediately or risk forfeiture of booking with no refund *parking is restricted! Guests are required to register vehicles with host at time of booking. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vince (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
