Nestled in the stunning rural setting of Pemberton, enjoy views of Mount Currie, forested trails carpeted in emerald moss on 5 acres and even a treehouse! Enjoy mountain bike trails, local farms, nearby lakes. Whistler is just 30 scenic miles away.

The space

To the south, winter or summer, beautiful views of Mount Currie take your breath away. Great consideration was taken during building so that views would be captured to the fullest. The majority of the 5 aces is forested and carpeted in emerald moss, and when the light dances through the trees it is magical. The house is surrounding by mature flowering gardens and fruit trees.

The home features a living room and a lofted Media/Family room. Vaulted ceilings, log picket railings and half cut log stairs.

The main floor has hardwood throughout, and the upper floor is carpeted for comfort. This home is very bright due to windows on all sides to let the light shine in.

A stylish red “Vermont Casting” wood stove in the living room nicely heats the house and create a cozy atmosphere after a day of playing in the snow.

Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms.

Both upper level bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and each has a queen-sized bed.

Main Bedroom on the lower level with queen size bed, log walls and expansive picture window with views of Mount Currie from the bed.

Second bedroom on the upper level with queen sized bed, dormer detail and views of Mount Currie.

Guest access

Access to entire property, minus the locked shed for owner's storage.

The house has a private well, but the well tends to run low during extreme dry conditions. Please be respectful of water usage and limit your showers and usage of the washing machine and dishwasher when possible.

Renters may use the play structures and the treehouse, but please exercise extreme caution and watch your children at all times!

Also, this is a forest, and sometimes trees fall down- please be aware of your surroundings.

Pemberton and district offers world-class activities and recreation in-cluding snowmobiling, horseback riding, skiing, mountaineering, golf-ing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, jet boating, paddling and paragliding. The district also pro-vides a variety of shopping, dining, accommodations, a thriving service and a light industrial sector.

Our home is perfectly located to participate in all of the activities for which the Pemberton Valley is justly renowned - fishing, canoeing, kayaking and swimming, white water rafting, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and, in our winter wonderland, skiing, skating, snowshoeing and snowmobiling - and, of course, relaxing at the house, enjoying its ambience and its beautiful surroundings and wildlife.

This beautiful log home is located approximately 10 minutes past the Village of Pemberton. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, the privaccy and the natural surroundings.

How do damage deposits work?
