South Brittany, 300 m from the small port of Tréhiguier. First beach (on the Vilaine) 1 km (swimming only at high tide). Beaches on the ocean at 5 Kms. Bourg de Pénestin 3 Kms (all shops) Out of season market: Sunday. Full season (very famous): Wednesday and Sunday Charges not included to pay on the spot: Obligatory: - Water on meter reading at the entrance and exit. (6 € the M3). - Tourist tax: 0.50 € per day and per person over 13 years old. Optional: - Possibility to rent linen on site (130 €) and exit cleaning (130 € package) - Pets allowed on request. Discharge in case of damage to sign upon entry into the premises. Fees per animal: WE: 30 € Week: 60 € Comfortable house port of Tréhiguier in Pénestin (Morbihan 56) Capacity up to 14 people (including 2 on sofa bed in the living room) Either: 4 double beds and 6 single beds. House rules

Adding tenants prohibited without notifying the owners. Rental to minors without adult (s) denied. Rent to students who intend "to party" not recommended. The house is in a very quiet village and the noise at night would not be welcome. The animals are accepted after agreement and signature of a landfill for damage to the house and garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Viviane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
