CALLING ALL WATER LOVERS – YOU CAN FISH FROM YOUR OWN PRIVATE 2-STORY DECK DIRECTLY ON THE WATER AT “REEL PARADISE”. REEL PARADISE has the best location, best amenities and the best price on Pensacola Beach! Bring your boats, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks and every other water toy to a beautiful new waterfront beach house. Imagine yourself enjoying spectacular sunsets on the multiple decks; walking to exciting beach activities and cooking out with family and friends while watching the fish (and dolphins) jump. Reel Paradise “reely” has it ALL!

At just over 2,200 square feet, Reel Paradise is 2 to 3 times the size of the typical beach house rental. The prior owners completed two major renovations adding a large wood beamed sun room off the back the house and later added a 1,000 square foot second story and main floor mud room. These additions almost tripled the size of the original structure. Adding to the expansive feel of Reel Paradise are the vaulted ceilings and the 2,000 square feet of deck which make the house seem massive. There is plenty of room at Reel Paradise for several families to enjoy a beach vacation together.

Everything at Reel Paradise is brand new after a complete interior and exterior gut completed February 2013. We hired local muralist and jewelry designer, Rachel Bodie, to assist with our interior redesign. Her concept for the space was 'Sea and Sand' and along with the front door mural and fishing pole logo, Rachel filled Reel Paradise with light filled blues, greys and caramel tones which are soothing and warm, relaxing and inviting.

During the reconstruction we included every imaginable upgrade such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet, cable TV and beautiful tile throughout. Reel Paradise has 6 bedrooms (the 4 downstairs bedrooms share a door and closet). The 4 downstairs bedrooms have 1 queen size bed. The upstairs master has a king Bed. The last bedroom upstairs has 2 queen size beds and 2 double size futons. The futons are not for adult use but are perfect for children. There are 2 queen size sleeper sofas in the living room. In summary, Reel Paradise sleeps 12 adults in the 6 queen size beds, s adults in a king bed, 4 adults in 2 queen size sleeper sofas and 4 children in 2 double futrons. This is a total of 18 adults and 4 children.

Because of a unique location, Reel Paradise is the perfect home for extended family get aways with something for every member of your party. Those with small children will appreciate the steps off the back deck which lead directly into the calm water of Santa Rosa Sound. Children (and adults) can splash and play in the water without the threat of big waves or a dangerous undertow. The back deck also has an outdoor shower with both hot and cold taps to rinse off beach sand before heading indoors. Located directly across from the house is a charming little beach park, perfect for using up youngster energy without parents having to get wet! Reel Paradise has its OWN private sandy beach on its sound front lot.

Adult members of your group will appreciate that Reel Paradise is less than a quarter mile from the main beach attractions. After a night of dining and dancing Reel Paradise is a short walk home, eliminating the need for taxis or designated drivers. Remember to bring your bicycles and skate boards since there is a paved path that extends for miles in both directions on the beach. There is also a trolley stop directly across the street from the subdivision for other beach destinations.

At the end of the every night all members of your group will appreciate the 2,000 square feet of deck (covered and uncovered; both 1 and 2 story) to watch spectacular sunsets over the water while enjoying your favorite beverage.
