Dreaming about a get-away to the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches of Perdido Key? Plan a romantic weekend at "The Sand Dollar" beach cottage. Stay at a 1 bedroom cottage villa at Purple Parrot Resort, a 10 acre tropical resort with hundreds of palm trees, all nestled around a 5,000 square foot / 150,000 gallon outdoor pool complete with a waterfall cave and bridge-accessible island hot tub. Sleeps 2 - 4. One bedroom with queen sleeper sofa in living room. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a getaway in a beautifully decorated beach cottage. You'll also enjoy the heated indoor pool, large fitness center, saunas and indoor hot tub. The TIKI BAR and grill will be open on site this summer with live music and delicious food you can enjoy poolside or have delivered to your cottage. Included is high-speed internet, cable television with two large flat screen HD televisions, a Netflix account, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a counter height table and two banana leaf chairs. Upon arriving, you'll find a bottle of champagne chilling in the refrigerator, chocolate covered strawberries and a welcome beach bucket filled with snacks and goodies just for you. Basic toiletries and laundry supplies are also provided with a stacked washer and dryer inside cottage. A very comfortable queen size bed is located in the bedroom, the living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa, books are provided for your reading pleasure, beach and pool toys are provided for family fun. A pass to Gulf Islands National Seashore national park is provided for your use, saving you the cost of the entrance fees. Enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy front porch of this upstairs unit, surrounded by lush ferns and summer flowers. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are located a mile away, great restaurants nearby, the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. And the outdoor pool at Purple Parrot Resort is amazing! The only thing missing is YOU!

EVERYTHING in the cottage is special and new - new linens, new dishes, new sofa... The owner has professionally decorated THE SAND DOLLAR and it is not your run-of-the-mill beach cottage with tacky decorations. $300 refundable damage deposit is required to secure the reservation. This becomes the damage deposit upon check in. The deposit is fully refundable upon a satisfactory inspection of the property and the return of all keys and pool bands upon departure. No pets, no smoking inside unit. Renters must be at least 25 years of age.

How do damage deposits work?
