This one bedroom Luxury Holiday Apartment is on the ground floor just 50 meters from the water. It has an open plan kitchen, and an attractive sitting room and 2 specious verandas, one in the front and one at the back. Sea view is from the front veranda.

Accommodation - Facilities

The house accepts and accommodates 2 persons in its comfortable in suite double bedroom and 2 children on a sofa bed in the sitting room.

The apartment has all the facilities a visitor may need even for long term stay, including air conditioning (cold/hot) in all rooms and ceiling fan in the sitting room, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, iron, hair dryer, satellite TV, Internet, radio, and CD player.

Extra information

Governor’s Beach where the apartment is located is right in the centre of the island, one kilometer from the highway, and midway between Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. From here it’s very easy to organize day trips and see more of Cyprus, the “island of love”. Governor’s Beach, apart of the shallow calm sandy beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like diving, snorkeling, boating and fishing. If you like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent selection of restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear water.

Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area like the two Neolithic villages situated 6 kilometres away. There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker centre. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!

How do damage deposits work?
