Description

Welcome to the "Beachfront Retreat", also known as Digger's Den. If you love the beach, and enjoy seeing boats cruise by, you've found the beach front vacation home you've been looking for!

This comfortable waterfront home with 2000 square feet under roof, features a private beach!!! The home is located along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway in Perdido Key, FL, near Pensacola. Watch boats of all sizes cruise by both day and night!

The home sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub-shower combination.

Beachfront Retreat is located in a residential area, off of River Road and near Holiday Harbor Marina. If you are traveling with a boat, contact Holiday Harbor for boat slip and boat storage information. It's just a short walk from the house.

Both the master bedroom and great room have a beautiful view of the water and our own private beach. The covered porch and the attached raised deck also look out onto the beach.

If you need to stay connected during your stay at Beachfront Retreat, the home features wireless internet, cable channels thru DIRECTV, and a phone for local calling.

There are 3 TVs: a large flat screen TV in the great room, a mid-size flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and a standard definition TV in the bonus room with the trundle bed. Plus, the home features: VCR and DVD players.

In addition to a water and beach view, the master bedroom features a king size bed, medium size flat screen TV and attached bathroom with a shower.. Bedroom # 2 features a queen size bed. And, bedroom # 3 features 2 twin beds. There's also a bonus room with a trundle bed that open to 2 more twin beds.

The master bathroom features a shower with a built in seat. The hall bathroom features a bathtub-shower combination.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and very roomy, it features: a large dining island, dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/stove, pantry

The home also features: a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, Linens/towels, air conditioning, fireplace, cable TV (3), VCR (3), DVD(2), phone, deck, BBQ, and off street parking.

This is a pet friendly vacation home BUT all pet stays must be approved at time of reservation. We have a few pet stay requirement, please ask for details and we charge a reasonable, non-refundable pet fee.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
