Now in our 12th year, with 3 (2019), 3 (2018), 4 (2017) bookings from returning guests! 33 Orestiada Valley is an air conditioned, fully equipped, luxury villa with its own private pool. NOW WITH FREE WI-FI. Ideally situated on the outskirts of Pernera in a peaceful and relaxing location next to a large green area. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach or the centre of Pernera, which offers something for everyone without ever feeling too big or noisy. The villa is close to the Golden Coast Hotel for anyone attending a wedding there.Open plan lounge and kitchen/diner fitted out with a wide range of facilities to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing, including a dish washer. 33 Orestiada Valley is fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors and hair dryers, with the master bedroom benefiting from patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the 'green' area. The lounge includes a smart TV, BluRay/DVD player (with films) and a mini hifi system with bluetooth connection for your music. NOW WITH FREE WI-FI. There are many paperback books and a board games collection for your enjoyment. The kitchen includes all mod cons to make your holiday enjoyable, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is an extra downstairs toilet and basin.

There is an outside patio area with table, chairs and a parasol to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the pool and the green area.
A gas barbecue (and gas) is provided for cooking in the lovely warm evenings.
There is also the private pool and 4 sun loungers to get that all important tan.

The shed contains buckets, spades, bat and balls for use at the beach and inflatables for use in the pool by children or adults!

“Perfect holiday villa”
The location was first class beach was 5 minutes walk from villa the town of pernera is very active with lots of bars and restaurants

We have stayed at this villa on 5 occasions and always enjoy the break, Wi-Fi has been installed and is an added bonus to the well equipped villa. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance plus the local bus.
“All in the detail”
Lovely villa and everything is thought of. Great welcome team who make sure there is bread, butter (the basics) and wine! Pool cleaned regularly during stay. Villa in quiet location but within walking of shops and nice restuarants. Definitely one to go to relax and enjoy the sun.

It was our fourth visit to Oresteada 33. Last year we spent five weeks but this year only four (my chief is monster) and we felt sorry. This year Michael provided access to internet because it`s verry necessary for my husband to work. We asked Michael and he done. Michael always tries to do everything for people who comes to his villa. I have already written in my previous reviews about all advantages of that villa. Michael`s villa is the best place for calm rest after crowed city. But if you want to try the local food make forty steps and you will be in heart of the evening festival of cafe and restaurants. A lot of my friends want to visit Michaei`s villa but I say, that in June it mine. Next year I am going to Orestiada 33 for 5 or 6 weeks again. I want to say some words about Hazell, she looks after the villa, she is very helpfull and jolly . I like to chat with her even I understand nothing from time to time ( she speaks quickly and not clear, but I love her. See next year.
Right from the Airport pickup and transfer to the return trip the service was excellent. The villa was very well equipped and there was lots of useful information available. It is in a perfect location near to the small harbour and beach and close to the local bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk or cheap bus ride to Protaras. There is a small pool and a well equipped kitchen and BBQ if you prefer to stay at the villa.
“The best family villa”
It was our third visit to this villa. We have spent 5 enjoyable weeks this year again like last year. 33 Oresteada villa is a very fantastic place to stay. Close to restaurants and bars but calmly and quietly at night. The villa has everything to be the ideal place to spend holidays. It is suitable for somebody that is looking for relaxed holidays. My mother likes to returne here every summer and we are going to spend 5 weeks at this villa next year again. Mike and Debbie make a big effort to make the villa a family home and we will be glad to return here again.

The villa is situated in a nice quiet area,but is close to the local town, where a variety of bars and restaurants can be found.The villa is very well equipped and has a nice outside area, with a well maintained pool(new pool liner installed this year). A welcome pack is provided, which is very welcome when you arrive late in the evening. The owner ensures that the whole experience is hassle free. We have been to this villa on numerous occasions,and have already booked to stay there next year.We have recommended this villa to family and friends, who are also repeat bookers.
“Great! and even much more than we expected”
We booked this nice villa for last 2 weeks in April. The owner has replied to my request extremely fast and offered a nice discount. The were no problems to receive all the information needed as well as directions to the villa. The villa itself is situated in the beginning of Pernera area in a nice and quite neighborhood. It was close to the beach (800m) and small grocery shop, as well as a short walk to all other restaurants and shops of Pernera. While choosing our holiday accommodation I was looking for some nice spacious fully equipped villa close to the main Pernera-Protaras seaside promenade, as well as reasonable with its price. This nice villa met all my requirement and expectation. It was nice, spotless clean, equipped with all possible furniture. There are all possible and necessary cooking ware, dishes, cleaning agents, detergents etc. Welcome pack of groceries was a nice complement. Thank you very much! We'll be certainly coming back here again.
“Great Holiday-Everything you could need and more!”
Great location, literally a five minute walk until your in the town of Pernera but just far away enough so its nice and quiet, and a half hour walk from Protaras town if you fancy a change. There was a great variety of restaurants in Pernera so always had a choice of where to go each night. Pool was the perfect size for couples or families. The best supermarket was the first turn off of the strip of Pernera, cheap prices and good selection of food. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed and more, it was definately a bonus having a dishwasher. There was a vast selection of DVD's if you wanted to stay in one night. I would definately recommend the welcome pack as it had all the basics you'd need which was very helpful on our first day after travelling. Excellent value for money. All in all, great location, great pool, great vill, so would definately consider returning in the future.
“very relaxing comfortable villa”
the villa was in an ideal spot for us as we like it not to noisy easy to walk to the shops and bars and the beach. the villa was clean and well equipped and to have a pool was an extra for us we had a very comfortable stay. thank you so much.
