Description

This two bedroom townhouse situated on a 5* luxury resort in Kapparis is ideal for a short term holiday residence. Both bedrooms are generous in size with a family sized bathroom and downstairs offers ample living space opening out onto a luxury garden area with a BBQ.

Facilities available on the resort include a gymnasium, spa and fitness centre, two communal swimming pools, childrens' pool, childrens' play area and tennis courts. The resort has private gated access and each apartment and townhouse has designated parking.

A short walk through the resort will bring you to the local facilities and amenities of Kapparis, including shops, banks, bars, restaurants and tavernas, and sandy beaches offering water-sports.

The resorts of Pernera and Protaras are a 5-10 minute drive, providing further amenities, beaches and family activities. Paralimni is the main town for the area and is 5 minutes inland, with a major supermarket within walking distance.

Larnaca International Airport is approximately 35 minutes drive.
Area description
Protaras only 5 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the apartment, and more local is the smaller town of Kapparis, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are thriving throughout the year, which is less than a minutes drive away. within 5 minutes walk you can get to Malama or Ayia Triada beaches which are smaller but very child friendly.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the ********** is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a metre or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

About 0.5 Km inland from the apartment is a beautiful local town called Paralimni boasting many beautiful old Greek/Cypriot buildings and churches. It is steeped in history and well worth a visit.

How do damage deposits work?
