Luxurious 3 bedroom villa with private pool with roman steps and is located in Pernera, just 10 minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach and the local amenities. Free wifi and some satellite channels. Gorgeous sea views. Popular with familes as garden is fully fenced and secure.

This fabulous 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) detached villa with large garden and private pool is a 10 minute walk from beautiful Pernera beaches. This villa has everything you could desire for that perfect home away from home.

Pernera is a small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination that is close to but quieter than the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a small harbor where boat trips can be taken. It also has a great selection of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The villa has a lovely outdoor dining area (seating 6 guests) under a shaded pergola, in a large landscaped garden that is fenced, gated and private.

The large private pool with roman steps is surrounded by a patio with four chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing.

As you enter the villa, you walk into a bright and airy open plan which consists of a dining, kitchen, and sitting area. The dining table seats 6 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need for an enjoyable holiday. The sitting area has two large modern sofas and a large LCD TV with satellite channels (wifi is available throughout the property). Sit back and relax with a glass of wine. Also downstairs is a guest WC with shower.

Leading up the stairs are three generous bedrooms, two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two twin beds. The master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic sea views. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for your holiday clothes. The upstairs bathroom has shower over bath facilities.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and included in the weekly rental price is 200 kwhs of electricity if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used will be collected before departure.

Within a few minutes walk, you’ll find picturesque Saint Nicholas Church overlooking the sea, between Kalamies beach (Golden Coast Hotel), and a lovely little marina. Sirena Bay is almost as close and a bit more secluded. Both beautiful sandy beaches are protected, calm and shallow – perfect for children and adults to enjoy the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. Or you can sunbathe, relax and admire the view.

With such close proximity to the Golden Coast Hotel (a major wedding venue), the villa would be the perfect choice for a honeymoon.

Car hire is not essential here as everything you need is within walking distance. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to nearby areas such as Protaras and Paralimni.

5 kilometers south of Pernera is the lively holiday resort destination of Protaras which boasts hotels, bars, restaurants, beaches and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers. You can choose from many different types of cuisine, Greek meze, Italian, Indian, Chinese, English and many more. From plain food to fancy, everything is available and at a reasonable cost. For the more adventurous, Protaras has a wide range of water sports from jet skis, bob cats, undersea walking, banana boats and many more. Young travelers can try their hand at pottery making, crazy golf or simply having fun in one of the many children’s play areas.

5 kilometers northwest of Pernera is Kapparis, a village that offers year round entertainment and accommodation, including restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and beaches. Why not try the traditional local cuisine in one of the many Cypriot restaurants or treat the family to an Italian, Chinese or English meal? The food is varied and of the highest standards and lowest prices. Many water sports are available from inflatables to jet skis. Why not try your hand at snorkeling at one of the many coves in and around Kapparis?

“Excellent family Villa”

Great location, beach 5 mins away, Tradtional Greek Taverna 1 min away!! Great Villa for a relaxing family holiday and a great base for Protaras and Ayia Napa as well as loads of stunning beaches. Villa is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing chilled holiday. Fantastic swimming pool and sun lounging area. We had a superb holiday.

The location is amazing - the beach is only five minutes walk ! This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub. We'll visit again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
