Description

This lovely spacious 3 bedroom villa is just a 2 minute walk to Pernera Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus. It is located in the heart of Pernera area which offers a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops, everything at your doorstep. The villa offers a superb outside area with mature gardens and a private swimming pool. Your perfect holiday home to enjoy with your friends and family!

The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities, comfortable sitting and dinning area, wide screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single bunk beds a pull-out bed and a family bathroom. The outside area is spacious with a private pool, mature garden with sun loungers and outdoors dinning furniture.

Getting around

You can easily get around Pernera area on foot since the villa is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the Protaras , Ayia Napa and Paralimni. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll, which means that you can get from Pernera to Protaras resort easily without the need of a car. You would need a car if you wish to further explore the area such as Cape Greco and the caves or visit Larnaca city.

We will pass by the day after your arrival to say hello, meet with you in person and give you information about the area such as the best beaches and restaurants to go to, or any other information you might need

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Avgi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
